Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of our corporate event catering services and this website. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders & Quotes
All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A budget code must be provided at checkout for internal procurement allocation.
2. Lead Times
Events must be booked at least the minimum order lead time in advance of the event date, as configured in our business settings. Late bookings may be declined or incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full reconciliation of any allocated budget. Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges for committed costs.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the operating currency configured by the business. Service costs (labour, equipment, disposables, cleaning, set-up, take-down) are itemised and added to the order total.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
